Is it open back? does it have velco to hold it closed?
So how hard is the 3 ply to get it down?
Is the shirt still a "friendly lifter" type shirt (that is what I hear?

It is not open back or have velcro. There is just one person I know that could modify it for you (if interested) is http://www.ginnyspowergear.com/index.htm she does great work. Have had some stuff done by her in the past. Very fast turn around.
To answer how hard it is to touch a three ply shirt, i couldnt tell you. but what i have been told its a monster.
Really cant tell if a shirt is friendly or not. The lifter has to get used to the shirt itself before making that assumption.
The reason I am selling it, because I have decided to pursue another type of shirt. Which is currently being made for me. Plus with the money i get from this shirt will give me the chance to buy my squat suit that i want.

That is the same suit I have and yes it is pretty amazing but I'm still getting use to it.

i put it on when i got it and was a tiny bit snug. i cant imagine what it will feel like when i get my ace briefs and put on 30 lbs. going to be very interesting.

I heard that Ace briefs and the Ace Pro Squt suit are NOT a good combo. They are too tight and don't allow you to get down. But this is just what I heard I have not experience with it since I have Pro Metal Briefs and they are loose but it is a nice combo for me.

I PUT THE SUIT ON JUST TO TRY IT OUT. AND IT WAS A TINY BIT SNUG AROUND THE MID THIGH. I CANT IMAGINE WHEN I PUT MY ACE PRO BRIEFS AND ADD 30LBS. GOING TO EXTREME. BUT THATS WHAT THE SPORT IS EXTREME. I LIKE THEM TIGHT.
