    This forum is for all of the athletes to post there training. Post all workout journals here and only Journals

    Rules
    1) If you have a question pertaining to training, post it up on the recommended Board. Do not post it here.

    2) Post in others Journals to get feed back from other lifters.

    3) Critique everyone's workouts that you can, but DO NOT Flame each other!!
