since Im not to far behind you in the bench, whats it like for you in competition. Im dying to go but all I hear about is the big numbers nothing near where I am. I dont want to go and be on the bottom.

Re: George, question
Are you competing shirted or raw? My best meet bench is 375 shirted and I have done 385 in training. My bench is my weakest lift, but I compete full power so most of meets are won from a big Squat and Dead. I have placed 1st or 2nd in all of the meets I have competed in.
The main thing is don't worry about what so and so lifts. At local meets you'd do good in them. Mostly what the magazines and internet show are the big time lifters doing out of this world lifts.

Best raw is 305 and best shirted is 385 in training, and 375 in a meet. I use a Inzer Double Denim.
