Lets start off by telling everyone a little about our training. What type of training is everyone doing currently.

Me I use a hybrid of Westside and progression methods.

I work up to a sub max on the main powerlifts weather it be a 1, 2, or 3 rep max but I try to go a little heavier as the weeks go by.

Right now I'm doing strictly Westside stuff trying to get my feet wet in powerlifting. lol!
ME day on squats is quite confusing since there isn't any leg training. I'm doing pin pulls and stuff like that. I'm still learning though and reading as much as I can.

I like to throw in some bodybuilding movements in my workouts to add some muscle size along with strength.
