bad bench day, and I think I need a bigger shirt. real hard time in it and it tore up my arm pits real bad. on the inside of my right arm I actually have a very good size black and blue

It's probably the right size. The Phenom will really tear your skin up.

lol well Im definitely torn up. i had a very very hard time touching a 3 board. I diddntgo heavy though. Im gonna give it another shot, then order a double ply rage x. Im going to my first meet july 11th so I have to have some time in whatever I end up in, and double ply is legal in the standard equipment division

well seeing I want to make good numbers at my first meet I figured I would go all out. I just bought a double ply rage x. reinforced neck, shortened sleeves, and a velcro back. hope its here for bench day sunday!

I just got my shirt. tried to do a pushup in it. got about a quarter of the way down. never did them so fast lol. worried about touching in it but man this should work great, I can tell already the open back is going to help a ton in getting it where it should be
