    WELL TODAY I STARTED WORKING OUT AGAIN AFTER A WEEK OFF. FELT PRETTY GOOD TO. WILL ONLY GET BETTER AS THINGS GET CLOSER TO JANUARY. HERE IS HOW THINGS WENT.
