    man, you have to get a shirt you can get more than 70 lbs out of. at 430 thats 160lbs over my current max

    I hanvt been squatting like I should, in fact it's been months sine Ive squatted but I'm gonna do a full meet in October and go for a 1500 total

    sunday bench day. I apparently hurt my bicep squatting yesterday. did NOT get a good day in.

    moved up to 4 board because my arm still hurt in the lower part of the lift

    did it again only made it to 3 reps on the 4 board
    and again, only made it to a 2 board first rep.

    not sure yet. been talking to the guy that owns our gym and ghe loves his inzer briefs. basically im on a tight budget and whatever fits in im gonna get lol.

    At my meet in April I will be squatting in a Leviathan and deadlifting in a Fusion. If you can afford it the Leviathan is a awesome suit.

    took it down to a 2 board

    went to tricep pressdowns with a green band
    3 sets
    rolling thunders

    135x5 reps off chest, 1 board, 2 board, 3 board, and 4 board without stopping 2 sets.

    Im smoked but I feel pretty good.
